To create our Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup, we start with 100% pure maple syrup harvested from old-growth Michigan maple orchards.
This incredibly robust, small-batch maple syrup is kettle-cooked before being aged in hand-selected, 18-year-old Kentucky Bourbon barrels.
After months of gentle maturation, the result is an elegant and complex maple syrup unlike any other.
On the palate, you’ll find deep notes of charred oak, Kentucky bourbon, and baking spice, which are balanced perfectly by sweetly delicate aromas of honey and vanilla.
