Hardwood Smoked Soy Sauce
Aged in our cured bourbon maple barrels, this limited batch of Harwood Smoked Soy Sauce has been smoked with Michigan cherry wood for several days to infuse a subtle but definitive smokiness that sets BLiS smokes soy apart from all the others.
To represent the use of cherry wood and honor the Michigan cherry farmers, we have produced a label made from cherry wood.
The raw product, Yamato Soy, is the same soy sauce that we use for all BLiS soy sauce products.
Aged in Kanazawa Japan and then imported to age in our proprietary aging process, this non-GMO soy brings to the palate flavor notes of chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, spice, and oak with a viscous umami kick.
